1. Scrambled eggs with sobrassada or Iberian ham flakes.

2. Cod croquettes  with parmentier and ali oli  black.

1. Braised Iberian pork or secret.

2. Veggie burger with vegetable garnish.  

DESSERTS

(To choose)

1. Pineapple carpaccio.

2. Chocolate mousse with bread and salt flakes sprinkled with Formentera oil.

2. Fried suckling lamb from Formentera.
